Pay Level: Level–10 (7th CPC)
Basic Pay: ₹56,100 per month
Total Emoluments: Approx. ₹1,00,000/month (including HRA and allowances)

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Indian
Education: First-class B.Tech/B.E. or M.Sc./M.A. in relevant field with valid GATE score (2023, 2024, 2025)
Final-year students may apply if degree is submitted by 31 July 2025
Foreign degrees must be validated with AIU equivalence certificate

Selection Process

Shortlisting based on valid GATE score in 1:10 ratio per discipline/category.
Personal Interview (candidate selects date via portal).
Final selection weightage: 80% GATE Score + 20% Interview.
Minimum qualifying marks in interview: 70% for UR, 60% for others including Divyangjan.
Final offer subject to verification of medical fitness, character, category certificate, and service bond agreement.
