Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • Credit Manager (MMGS II): Graduation in any discipline with 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) OR CA/CMA/CFA/MBA (Finance). Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as Branch Manager / Credit Appraisal / Processing in Scheduled Commercial Bank.
  • Agriculture Manager (MMGS II): Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture Engineering, or Pisciculture with 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in relevant field as Officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank.

Salary and Benefits

Manager – MMGS II: ₹64,820 – 2,340/1 – 67,160 – 2,680/10 – 93,960 per month plus allowances (DA, HRA/Leased Accommodation, CCA, Medical, LTC, Terminal Benefits, and other perquisites as per rules).

Bond and Probation

  • Bond Amount: Equivalent to 3 months’ gross salary
  • Bond Period: 2 years
  • Probation Period: 1 year
