Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Full-time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.
Experience: Minimum one-year experience in Building Construction works. Preference to candidates with building maintenance experience.
Note: Teaching, training, consultancy, or freelancing experience will not be considered relevant.
Medical Standards: Candidate should be in sound health and free from color blindness.

Documents Required

Experience certificates in chronological order (last two months’ salary slips if currently employed).
Date of Birth certificate / Class X mark sheet.

Degree/Diploma certificate and all semester/year mark sheets.
Proof of conversion formula (if CGPA/OGPA used).

Selection Process

Written Examination and/or Interview for shortlisted candidates.
Verification of original documents during interview.
Medical standards must be met (sound health, no color blindness).

Service Conditions & Benefits

No additional allowances beyond fixed pay.
Medical insurance reimbursement up to ₹4,000/year for ₹3 lakh coverage (self-only).
Provident Fund deduction and matching contribution as per EPF & MP Act, 1952.
One leave per month, carry-forward allowed, no encashment.
TA/DA admissible for outstation duty.
Working hours same as project office schedule.
Appointment is co-terminus with the project and purely contractual.
