Application Process

1. Apply online through the official website www.pawanhans.co.in under “Careers”.
2. Keep scanned copies of all educational qualifications, experience certificates, pay scale/CTC, salary slips, photograph, caste/class certificates ready before filling the form.
3. After filling online form, print the filled and signed application form. Affix a recent passport-size photograph and attach self-attested testimonials.
4. Send the form along with proof of payment of application fee to:
   Head (HR), Pawan Hans Limited, Corporate Office, C-14, Sector-1, Noida - 201301 (U.P.) on or before 12.10.2025.
5. If unable to pay fee online, deposit via Demand Draft drawn in favor of Pawan Hans Limited, payable at Delhi/Noida.

Eligibility Criteria

For Senior Consultant

• Retired from E-7/E-8 or above grade in a Schedule CPSE or equivalent in Government of India.
• Minimum 20 years of experience, with at least 3 years at E-7/E-8 grade or equivalent in Central/State/Autonomous/statutory bodies.

For Consultant

• Retired from E-5/E-6 grade in a CPSE or equivalent in Government of India.
• Minimum 16 years of experience, with at least 3 years at E-5/E-6 grade or equivalent in Central/State/Autonomous/statutory bodies.

CRM Facilitator / Pilot / Cabin Crew

• Current Commercial Air Transport experience as Flight Crew Member or Cabin Crew Member. If not current, minimum 5 years of experience as Flight or Cabin Crew.
• Training in CRM techniques including Learning Process, Effective Teaching, Student Evaluation, Course Development, Lesson Planning, Classroom Training Techniques, Facilitation Skills.
• Instruction on Human Factors Performance Limitation (HPL).
• Additional education in Group Management, Group Dynamics, and Personal Awareness.

Age Limit

Upper Age Limit: 62 years

Reservation Details

• SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
• Relaxation in age/experience/qualification at the discretion of management in deserving cases.

Application Fees

₹295 (inclusive of GST @ 18%) payable online or via Demand Draft in favor of Pawan Hans Limited payable at Delhi/Noida. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from fee payment.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting based on scrutiny of applications.
2. Verification of eligibility documents with originals at the time of interview.
3. Personal Interview by a panel of 5-6 members.
4. Final selection based on merit prepared from interview marks, subject to all eligibility criteria.
5. Results will be posted on PHL website; appointment letters will be sent via registered email IDs only.
6. Selection provisional, subject to verification of documents, medical fitness, and other requirements.

• Qualifications must be from UGC/AICTE/recognized institutions.
• Post-qualification experience will only be considered; training/teaching during studies is not counted.
