Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

• First Class or equivalent CGPA four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience OR 1 year of research experience
• Candidate must be able to speak and communicate in the local language

Desirable Qualifications

• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
• Experience in ethical conduct of clinical trials
• Experience in patient screening, informed consent process, and follow-up in clinical research settings

Age Limit & Reservation

• Maximum Age Limit: 30 years as on the date of advertisement
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC / ST candidates
• Reservation Details: No category-wise vacancy distribution mentioned. Reservation applicable only for age relaxation.

1. Candidates must apply online through the prescribed Google Form only.
2. All relevant scanned documents related to qualification and experience must be uploaded.
3. Applications must be submitted on or before 19 December 2025 (4:00 PM).
4. Shortlisted candidates will be informed only through the official NEIGRIHMS website.
5. Candidates must produce original certificates and submit one set of attested photocopies along with two recent passport-size photographs when required.
6. Candidates failing to produce original documents will not be considered.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on eligibility and submitted documents
• Offline interview of shortlisted candidates
• Final decision of the Selection Panel shall be final and binding

Job Responsibilities

• Clinical monitoring and follow-up of patients
• Sample collection, patient care, and coordination
• Patient counseling and support
• Assisting with other project-related tasks as assigned

Contract Terms & Conditions

• The appointment is purely contractual and project-specific.
• Initial contract duration is 9 months, extendable based on project extension.
• Terms and conditions are governed by the contractual agreement signed with the institute.
• If the appointee wishes to resign, one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu is mandatory.
