Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate Degree in any discipline
• Conversant with functioning of Central/State Government Ministries/Departments and their organizations, Government rules, regulations, and e-Office
• Proficient in noting and drafting
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Framing policies and regulations
  • Recruitment rules and coordination
  • Administrative matters and outsourcing
  • Procurement and establishment & service rules (FRSR)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing, examining, and handling proposals/cases, policy issues, court cases, legal matters, grievances, complaints, RTI, Parliament questions, and data analysis.
• Analyzing assigned proposals and preparing briefs and presentations.
