Administrator: Learning and Development	Same as above, with 12 years experience	Up to 62 years
Senior Tax Officer	CA with 10 years tax experience in Banks/HFCs/PSUs	Up to 62 years
Senior Application Developer	B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc (CS/IT) with 4 years experience	25 to 35 years
