Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• Candidate must be a domicile holder of the State / UT for which he or she is applying.
• Essential educational qualifications must be recognized by AICTE / UGC / State Technical Boards.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Final-year students may apply, provided they complete graduation before joining.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline from:

• Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs)
• National Institutes of Technology (NITs)
• Other institutions ranked within the Top 100 (Engineering Category) of the NIRF Rankings for the year of graduation or the immediately preceding year.

Age Limit

Work Experience

• 0 to 2 years of post-qualification work experience.

Remuneration Details

• Monthly Consultancy Fee: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000
• Remuneration is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• No additional allowances or facilities shall be provided.
• Annual enhancement of 5% in consultancy fee is permitted.
• Payment will be made monthly within 7 days after certification of work by the Controlling Officer.

Tenure of Engagement

• Initial engagement period of 2 years.
• Extendable by 1 additional year.
• Maximum tenure of 3 years.
• Continuation beyond the initial period will be subject to the decision of the Consultants’ Review Committee (CRC).

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on eligibility and qualifications.
• Background Verification (BGV) including identity, address, educational, professional, and character verification.
• NHIDCL reserves the right to cancel engagement at any stage if verification is found unsatisfactory.
