Job Purpose

The primary objective of the Customer Service Officer (CSO) is to expand the customer base and maintain a sustainable loan portfolio for the assigned branch. The CSO is responsible for identifying new business locations, sourcing potential customers, onboarding them, and ensuring collection of installments post disbursement as per scheduled dates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly disbursement targets as prescribed by Head Office or Regional Management.
  • Identify and survey new village locations for business expansion and submit proposals to the Branch Head or CSE.
  • Source and onboard potential customers into NABFINS following established company processes.
  • Ensure the presence of customers on scheduled disbursement dates.
  • Enter customer details and relevant information into the Company Management System (CMS).
  • Ensure timely collection of installments and deposit collected cash into the bank on the same day.
  • Report overdue collections daily and follow up with defaulting customers.
  • Assist branch management in administrative tasks and participate in training sessions as directed by the Head Office.
  • Ensure portfolio quality by maintaining proper loan documentation and following compliance procedures.
  • Mentor junior staff and uphold company vision and best practices within the region.
  • Provide daily reports and MIS updates to the Branch Head or Regional Manager.
  • Participate in training and ensure customers are aware of NABFINS processes and grievance mechanisms.
