Important Dates

Eligibility Criteria (as on 31.12.2025)

1. Credit Analyst

• Qualification: CA/CMA OR MBA (Finance) with minimum 50% marks OR Graduation (50%) with CAIIB / Diploma in Retail Banking / Certificate Course of MSME / Certified Credit Professional.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as credit analyst in Bank/NBFC/Rating Agency.

2. Technical Manager / Regional Technical Manager

• Qualification: B.Arch / B.Tech (Civil) / B.E. (Civil) with minimum 50% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as credit technical manager in Bank/NBFC.

3. Lead Analyst – Risk Control Unit

• Qualification: Graduate/PG in Forensic Sciences (50%) OR Graduation (50%) with CFE/CFPS/ICA certificate in crime prevention.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience in RCU in Bank/NBFC.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years (Born on or after 01.01.1991)
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates

Salary and Benefits

Officers will receive salary as per IBA approved scale of pay for Scale I/II Officers, including DA, HRA, Special Allowance and other admissible allowances. Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) will be applicable as per the prevailing scheme.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting of eligible candidates based on eligibility and experience.
• Preliminary and/or Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.

Job Description / Core Competencies

Credit Analyst

• Prepare and analyze credit proposals for new and existing borrowers.
• Perform financial statement analysis and underwriting based on norms.
• Monitor post-sanction portfolio and manage risk within tolerance limits.

Technical Manager / Regional Technical Manager

• Manage technical evaluation vendors and ensure accurate property valuations.
• Approve and monitor projects through site visits and documentation checks.
• Handle technical fraud cases and coordinate with legal teams.
• Train team members and maintain market intelligence.

Lead Analyst – Risk Control Unit

• Develop fraud risk assessment frameworks and build detection capabilities.
• Coordinate with regulators and train staff on fraud prevention.
• Analyze data to identify fraud patterns in real-time.
