Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in relevant field; or
Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 18 years of experience in relevant field.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of CPWD Works Manual, GFR, government financial rules, and e-tendering procedures.
Ability to prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and project reports.
Experience in coordination, supervision, and project administration.

Preferred Candidates

Retired CPWD Executive Engineers / Superintending Engineers or experienced professionals from reputed infrastructure/construction organizations will be preferred.
