Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience

  • Must have served as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) or equivalent rank.
  • Experience in Police, Army, or Paramilitary forces is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at DSP level or equivalent.
  • Must have an excellent/meritorious service record.

  • Maximum Age: 62 years (as on 01 January 2026)

Job Responsibilities

  • Implementation and periodic review of the Bank’s Security Policy.
  • Planning and execution of security arrangements at bank premises.
  • Ensuring compliance with Government of India, RBI, and Indian Banks Association guidelines.
  • Maintaining discipline, efficiency, and training of security staff.
  • Coordination with Police, Fire Services, and Government authorities.
  • Providing professional inputs to Central Security Department.
  • Performing any additional duties assigned related to bank security.
