Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience

Must have served as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) or equivalent rank.
Experience in Police, Army, or Paramilitary forces is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience at DSP level or equivalent.
Must have an excellent/meritorious service record.

Job Responsibilities

Implementation and periodic review of the Bank’s Security Policy.
Planning and execution of security arrangements at bank premises.
Ensuring compliance with Government of India, RBI, and Indian Banks Association guidelines.
Maintaining discipline, efficiency, and training of security staff.
Coordination with Police, Fire Services, and Government authorities.
Providing professional inputs to Central Security Department.
Performing any additional duties assigned related to bank security.
