Application Process

1. Apply online through the ICSIL website (Career → Current Jobs) at www.icsil.in.
2. Deposit a one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₹590 before applying.
3. Enter complete educational details from High School to highest level of qualification along with experience.
4. Ensure profile matches the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
5. Update your profile if required before submission.
6. At the time of document verification, candidates must bring original documents, one set of photocopies, and two recent passport-size photographs.
7. Ensure that details in the application form match with Class 10th Certificate, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card. If the name has been changed, valid proof must be provided.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 pass
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Typing Speed: 30 words per minute

Reservation and Vacancy Details

• Out of a total of 518 sanctioned posts, currently 48 posts are vacant.
• Vacancies have arisen due to resignations, terminations, and employees on different types of leave including maternity leave.
• The number of vacancies is subject to change and may increase or decrease over time.

Selection Process

• Scrutiny of documents such as age, qualification, and experience.
• Candidates may be called for Interaction / Interview / Skill Test / Written Test depending on the requirement of the position.
• Final panel will be prepared in the order of application IDs.
• No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for appearing in document verification or interaction.
• Deployment is purely on a contractual/outsourced basis and ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates.
• One month salary will be deducted from the selected candidate as security in two parts (50% in the first month and 50% in the second month). Refundable with bank interest after completion of contractual obligations and upon receipt of "No Dues Certificate".

Other Important Information and Conditions

• The engagement is purely contractual/temporary and does not guarantee any claim for regular appointment.
• The engagement may be extended up to 4 years subject to client department approval and performance review. Extensions beyond 4 years require specific approval.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification from the recruitment process.
• ICSIL reserves the right to accept or reject applications or withdraw the advertisement without assigning any reason.
• Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
• Candidates must regularly visit the ICSIL website for any corrigendum/updates.
• If at any stage documents or information are found fake or misleading, candidature will be rejected.
• Candidates are expected to maintain professional behaviour during the process; misconduct or indiscipline may result in disqualification.
• The final decision of the selection panel/committee shall be binding.
