Essential Qualifications

Postgraduate degree including integrated PG degrees with three years of post qualification experience.
Candidates possessing a PhD degree are also eligible.
For Engineering / IT / Computer Science candidates: a four-year graduate degree with three years of post qualification experience.

Desired Experience

Experience in developing a compact real-time PCR unit with precise thermal control and multi-channel fluorescence detection for multiplex assays.
Experience in designing optical and embedded control systems to ensure high signal fidelity and synchronized acquisition.
Ability to ensure reliable Ct determination for accurate PCR analysis.
Experience in developing smartphone applications for wireless device control.
Experience in real-time visualization and automated data interpretation.
Knowledge of melting curve analysis and threshold analysis.
Experience in validating PCR systems using reference standards to confirm sensitivity, specificity, and amplification efficiency.
