Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification and Experience

• 03 Year Diploma in Civil Engineering with 06-year experience after diploma.
• OR
• B.Tech/BE or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering with 01-year experience after qualifying degree.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in Central/State Government Organizations
• Experience in Central/State PSU / CPWD / SPWD
• Experience in State/Central Engineering Departments
• Experience in Central/State Government Undertakings
• Experience in Central Government Organizations / Autonomous Bodies / Institutions
• Experience in Reputed Private Firms
• Experience in Office Applications and AutoCAD
• Skills in Cost Estimation Preparation, Execution, Quality Assurance, Billing

Duty Hours

As per institution norms. However, the selected candidate may be required to work during weekends or holidays as and when informed by the Head of the Department, Faculty-in-Charge, or Chairperson.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on performance in the Walk-in Interview.
• The Institute reserves the right to conduct a screening process if a large number of candidates appear.
• Decision of the Institute regarding eligibility and selection shall be final and binding.

Application Process

1. Candidates must appear for the Walk-in Interview at the specified venue.
2. Bring filled-in application in prescribed format.
3. Carry original Educational Qualification Certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies.
4. Carry original Work Experience Certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies.
5. Bring Bio-Data.

• Engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right for regular appointment or re-employment in IIT Goa.
• Selected candidate is expected to join immediately.
• Candidates must ensure they meet the essential qualifications and experience before appearing.
• Institute reserves the right to modify or cancel the engagement if any mistake is detected at any stage.
• Institute reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage without assigning any reason.
• No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the selection process.
• Any dispute arising shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts situated at Goa only.
