Essential Qualifications

• MSc. / MA in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling / Social / Applied) in regular mode with at least 55% marks (CGPA 6.0).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a reputed Higher Academic Institution after qualifying degree.
• OR M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 55% marks (CGPA 6.0).

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in IITs/NITs.
• Ability to conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
• Ability to handle psychiatric emergencies.
• Ability to create mental health awareness content.
• Experience in workshops, campaigns, and theme-based events to promote emotional well-being.
• Development of outreach materials such as posters, newsletters, social media content, and resource handouts.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage documentation, record keeping, and reporting of psychiatric issues.
