Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Public Relations Officer cum Brand Manager

  • Essential Qualifications: First-class Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, and a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in Public Relations, Journalism, Communication, or Marketing.
  • Desirable: Additional certifications or training in PR, Communication, or Advertising.
  • Experience: Minimum six years of relevant experience with a proven track record in public relations and/or media, evidence of success in media relations, social media management, CRO, SEO, and brand promotion.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in editing, consulting, and presentation; social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools; adequate knowledge of web design, CRO, and SEO; ability to prioritize workload under pressure and work proactively.

Legal Consultant

  • Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law from a recognized university or institute in India (recognized by the Bar Council of India).
  • Experience (Retired Government Employees): Minimum 10 years’ experience handling court cases related to service matters in any Central or State Government Ministry/Department/PSU.
  • Experience (Legal Professionals): Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience working with Government Departments/PSUs and/or Supreme Court/High Courts/District Courts.
  • Desirable: Retired as Deputy Legal Advisor or Assistant Legal Advisor from Ministry of Law; registered advocate as per Advocates Act, 1961.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of service and civil law matters.

  • Fee Amount: ₹500 (non-refundable)
  • Exemption: SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates of any community are exempted from fee payment.
