Employment Type

Contractual appointment for a period of 2 years, extendable for 3 more years subject to performance review by the Zonal Manager. Maximum exit age is 68 years.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Retired employee from RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, or Commercial/Financial Institutions (Officer-level)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as Officer, with knowledge of Rural Banking and latest Government Schemes. Preference to Middle Management Grade bankers.
• Communication: Fluency in Hindi (local language) and English.
• Technical Skills: MS Office proficiency, typing in English mandatory, typing in Hindi desirable.
• Other Requirement: Valid Driving License is mandatory.

• Maximum exit age: 68 years.

7. Candidate must not engage in any other employment or business during the contractual period.
