Application Process

  1. Applications must be submitted online through www.ippbonline.com.
  2. No other mode of application will be accepted.
  3. Candidates must upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent organization containing:
    • Details of major/minor penalties imposed during the last five years.
    • Vigilance Clearance Certificate from the competent authority.
    • Statement confirming that the employee shall be relieved within 30 days in case of selection.
  4. Incomplete applications or those without proper NOC will be rejected.

Eligibility Criteria (As on 01 November 2025)

Assistant Manager (Scale-I) Graduation in any discipline 20 – 35 years Level 7 (with 5 years of experience) or Level 8 (with 3 years of experience) / IDA Level E-1 or E-0 (with 3 years of experience)
Note:
  • For Junior Associate, employees of Department of Posts in Level-4 are eligible.
  • For Assistant Manager (Scale-I), employees of Department of Posts are not eligible.

Pay and Allowances

An officer/employee appointed on deputation/foreign service may elect to draw either the pay in the scale of the deputation/foreign service post or his/her basic pay in the parent cadre plus deputation allowance thereon, plus personal pay if any. Leave, pension, gratuity and other benefits will be regulated as per rules of the parent department. No deputation allowance or additional financial benefits will be admissible beyond those permitted under extant instructions.

Selection Process

  • Merit list will be drawn banking outlet wise based on percentage of marks obtained in graduation.
  • In case of a tie, the candidate older in age (by date of birth) will be given preference.
  • The Bank reserves the right to conduct Assessment, Online Test, Group Discussion, or Interview.
  • Exact percentage of graduation marks up to two decimal places must be entered; rounding off is not accepted.
  • If grades (GPA/CGPA) are provided, they must be converted to exact equivalent percentage as per university formula.
  • Merely fulfilling eligibility norms does not guarantee selection.
  • Results and merit lists will be published on the official website.

Application Fee

Application Fee: ₹ 750/- (Non-refundable)

Candidates should ensure their eligibility before paying the fees. Once paid, the fee will not be refunded or held for any future selection process.

Tenure of Deputation

  • Initial tenure: 1 year, extendable annually up to 3 years based on performance and organizational requirements.
  • Performance reviews will be conducted every six months.
  • Unsatisfactory performance in two consecutive reviews may result in repatriation after one month’s notice.
  • Mandatory cooling-off period of two years after each deputation period.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Leave, pension, and other benefits as per parent organization rules.
  • Performance and conduct are subject to review; unsatisfactory performance may lead to early repatriation.
  • TA/DA for joining or repatriation as per deputation rules.
  • The borrowing organization reserves the right to cancel or modify terms at any stage before onboarding without assigning reasons.

Conduct and Misconduct Policy

Candidates must not provide false, incorrect, tampered, or fabricated information. Concealment or suppression of facts will lead to disqualification or dismissal from service even after appointment.

  • Use of unfair means during selection process.
  • Impersonation or procuring impersonation.
  • Resorting to canvassing or irregular methods.

Such candidates may face disqualification, debarment, or criminal prosecution.
