Employment Type

• 2–6. Project Scientist – III (Total: 11 Posts)

  Qualification: M.Sc/B.Tech in relevant fields (60%)
  Experience: 7 Years
  Duties: Weather forecasting, climate modelling, agromet services, DWR operations, calibration
  Salary: ₹78,000 + HRA
• 7–11. Project Scientist – II (Total: 29 Posts)
  Age: 40 Years
  Qualification: M.Sc/B.Tech (Physics/Maths/Meteorology/ECE/Instrumentation/Agro Met) – 60%
  Experience: 3 Years
  Duties: NWP work, hydromet services, agromet data, instrument upgrade, radar activities
  Salary: ₹67,000 + HRA

  Qualification: M.Sc/B.Tech in relevant subjects (60%)
  Experience: Not mandatory
  Duties: Forecast support, agromet services, environmental data, satellite data processing, polar studies
  Salary: ₹56,000 + HRA
• 21. Scientific Assistant

  Qualification: B.Sc (Physics) or B.Tech (CS/ECE/IT/Electronics)
  Duties: Instrument maintenance, technical support, aviation weather briefing

  Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree + Computer Proficiency
