Application Process

Eligibility Criteria

• Special Educator: B.Ed. in Special Education recognized by RCI and TET (HP Board) qualified. Desirable knowledge of Himachali culture and Hindi.
• Junior Office Assistant: 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and Diploma in Computer Application.
• Steno Typist: 10+2 qualification with shorthand speed of 60 wpm and typing speed of 25 wpm. Must have knowledge of word processing and computer applications.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Relaxation: Applicable as per Himachal Pradesh Government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS candidates.

Reservation Details

Reservation benefits are applicable for candidates belonging to UR, SC, ST, OBC, EWS, Ex-Servicemen, BPL, and WFF categories as per the policies of the Himachal Pradesh Government.

Selection Process

• Computer-Based Test (CBT) with 120 objective-type questions of 2 hours 30 minutes duration.
• Syllabus includes General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh, Current Affairs, General English, General Hindi, and Logical Reasoning.
• Merit list will be prepared using Z-Score Normalization Method in case of multiple shifts.
