Eligibility Criteria

1. Operations & Maintenance

  • Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mining, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering from a recognized university/institution approved by UGC/AICTE.
  • Experience: Varies based on qualification and post level. For example, Junior Manager requires 3 years (degree holders) or 6 years (diploma holders).

2. Finance & Accounts

  • Qualification:
    • For E-1: CA/ICMA or MBA (Finance)
    • For E-2 and above: Associate Member of ICAI/ICMAI or MBA (Finance)
  • Experience: 3+ to 10+ years in financial operations including budgeting, cost accounting, taxation, salary administration, and ERP-based accounting.

3. Materials Management

  • Qualification: Graduate degree with 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Trade.
  • Experience: In capital equipment procurement, inventory control, store management, etc.

4. Personnel & Administration

  • Qualification: Graduate with MBA in HR / PGDBA in HR / PG in Labour Welfare or Sociology. A law degree is desirable.
  • Experience: Working knowledge in HR, industrial relations, grievance handling, and labor law compliance.
