Salary & Allowances

Pay Scale for Deputy Manager (Grade I):
₹48,480 – 2,000 – 62,480 – 2,340 – 67,160 – 2,680 – 85,920

In addition to basic pay, officers will be eligible for allowances, perquisites, and benefits as applicable to the grade as per Bank rules at the time of joining. Residential accommodation may be provided subject to availability, or leased accommodation may be offered. Loan facilities for housing, vehicle, personal computer, and children’s education are also available as per Bank norms.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation (minimum 3 years full-time) with at least 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Post-Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade (minimum 2 years full-time) with at least 60% aggregate marks OR Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership.
  • Degrees obtained through correspondence, part-time, open university, or distance learning are not eligible.
  • University/Institute must be recognized by Government of India / AICTE / UGC.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience after Post-Graduation or CA.
  • Experience must be in a reputed commercial bank, financial institution, or state-level term lending institution.
  • Relevant areas include project finance, credit appraisal, term lending, cross-border risk analysis, and overseas joint venture financing.

Selection Process

  1. Written Examination (Subjective – Professional Knowledge)
  2. Personal Interview

Final merit list will be prepared based on 70% weightage of written examination marks and 30% weightage of interview marks. There is no sectional cut-off.

Bond & Service Conditions

Selected candidates will be required to execute a service bond of ₹3,00,000 to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of joining.
