Employment Type

Officers will be recruited on a Contract Basis for an initial period of 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance and the Bank’s requirements.

Base Salary & Pay Structure

The minimum CTC for an Officer on Contract with one year of relevant experience will be ₹14.32 lakh per annum, which will progressively increase based on the number of years of relevant work experience.

The remuneration will consist of 80% fixed and 20% variable components. The variable component will be linked to performance parameters, and a matrix for variable pay will be shared with selected candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

Officer – Corporate Communications Group

  • Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Communication / Mass Communication / Advertising / Journalism (minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year post qualification experience in corporate house / media organisation / advertising or public relations agency.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on August 31, 2025.
  • Responsibilities include media relations, branding, editing communication materials, internal communication, vendor coordination, planning corporate events, digital visibility, and allied communication activities.

Officer – Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering OR Post Graduate in Management / Environmental Sciences. Certification in ESG/Climate risk (CFA/GARP) or GHG Accounting preferred (minimum 50% marks in Graduation and Post Graduation).
  • Experience: At least 2 years, of which at least 1 year relevant experience in identifying environmental/social risks and compliance measures. Preference for candidates with finance experience.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on August 31, 2025.
  • Responsibilities include developing ESG policies, transaction appraisal, impact risk identification, client recommendations, sustainability assessment, GHG accounting, and climate risk evaluation.

Officer – Infrastructure Group (Project Management)

  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent (minimum 50% marks). Desirable: Post Graduation in relevant discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in procurement, project formulation, monitoring in civil, water, power, roads, railways, ports sectors.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on August 31, 2025.
  • Responsibilities include DPR review, tendering, project monitoring, and understanding of project designs/drawings.

Reservation Details

Officer – Infrastructure Group (4 posts): UR – 03, OBC (NCL) – 01.

All other positions are Unreserved (UR).

Application Fees

  • General and OBC candidates: ₹600/- (Application + Intimation charges).

Selection Process

  1. Screening and shortlisting of applications based on eligibility.
  2. Shortlisting ratio will be 1:10 (for example, 80 candidates for 8 vacancies).
  3. In case of a tie, Graduation + Post Graduation percentage will be considered.
  4. Personal Interview at Bank’s Head Office (Mumbai) or New Delhi office.
  5. Reimbursement: 2nd class AC fare for travel to interview city (on submission of receipts).
  6. Bank reserves the right to modify or cancel recruitment without prior notice.

  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Degrees should be from Government/AICTE/UGC recognized universities/institutes.
  • Correspondence or Part-time courses are not eligible.
