Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Full-time Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/Institute in India.
• Experience Required: Minimum 23 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a Senior Management position.
• Experience in Central/State Government, PSU, statutory/regulatory bodies, or reputed private companies meeting specified criteria.
• Up to 8 years of experience as a practicing advocate (District/High/Supreme Court) can be included within total experience.
• Desirable Experience Areas: Arbitration, conciliation, contracts, legal drafting, dispute resolution, industrial/labour laws, M&A, litigation, regulatory affairs, and oil & gas sector exposure.
• For PSU/Govt Candidates: Minimum 1 year experience in the next lower pay scale or equivalent grade.

Age Limit and Relaxation

• Maximum Age: 50 years as on 30 November 2025.
• Relaxations:
• PwD: 10 years relaxation in upper age limit.
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government norms.
• Departmental Candidates: As applicable.
