Pay Scale and Emoluments

• Pay Scale: ₹46,000 – ₹1,45,000/- (IDA – Industrial Dearness Allowance)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Full-time three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent trade.
• Qualification must be from a Government recognized University or Institute.
• Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA is mandatory.

Essential Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in DC Traction Metro Rail System.
• Experience may be from Metro Rail systems, Government organizations, Railways, or Private organizations.
• Candidate must be conversant with working in a computerized environment.
• Candidate must be free from Disciplinary & Appeal (D&AR) and Vigilance cases.

Desirable Experience

• Operation and Maintenance of 750V DC 3rd Rail Traction System
• Operation and Maintenance of Receiving Substations (66 kV or above)
• Experience with Battery Banks, Battery Chargers, LT Panels, Distribution Boards
• Hands-on experience with Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS)
• Hands-on experience with SCADA systems for Auxiliary and Traction networks

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 32 years (as on 01 December 2025)
• Existing DMRC employees in continuous service as on 01 December 2025 are eligible for 5 years of age relaxation.

Surety Bond and Probation

• Selected candidates must execute a Surety Bond of ₹1,50,000/- along with applicable training costs.
• Minimum service requirement is three years (excluding Leave Without Pay).
• Probation period is two years including training period.
