Educational Qualification and Experience

AGM Risk Management: B.Sc. Statistics/Economics or analytical field degree with 55% marks, OR MBA Finance/Banking/PGDBM/IPGD Risk Management with 55% marks. FRM/CFA/PRM mandatory. 10 years banking experience, including 5 years in Risk Management.
AGM Compliance / Risk Management: Same qualification as Risk Management. FRM/CFA/PRM mandatory. 10 years banking experience, including 5 years in Risk Management/Compliance.
AGM Asset Liability Management: BE/B.Tech or PG Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Banking/Finance or CA. FRM/PRM/CFA mandatory. 10 years banking experience, including 5 years in Risk Management.
AGM Digital Risk & Analytics: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics or BE/B.Tech in Data Science/IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering. 10 years banking experience, including 5 years in Risk Management.
AGM Finance & Accounts: Full-time Graduation and ICAI final passed with ICAI membership. 10 years scheduled commercial bank experience, including 7 years in taxation, GST, TDS, balance sheet, IFRS, Ind AS, regulatory reporting and capital raising.
AGM Credit Officer: CA/CFA/CMA-ICWA or two-year full-time PG degree in Banking/Finance/credit-related field. 10 years post-qualification officer experience, including 7 years in Corporate Credit/Project Finance/Mid & Large Credit.
