Eligibility Criteria

Faculty

• Age: 22–40 years
• Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate (preference for MSW, MA Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology, B.Sc. Veterinary/Horticulture/Agriculture/Agri Marketing, BA with B.Ed.)
• Essential: Flair for teaching, computer knowledge, communication in local language (English/Hindi an advantage), typing skills desirable.
• Experience: Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Residency: Must be resident of the same district, preferably at RSETI HQ.

Office Assistant

• Age: 22–40 years
• Qualification: Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge.
• Essential: Local language fluency, proficiency in MS Office, Tally, Internet, typing in local language, English typing preferred, accounting knowledge desirable.
• Residency: Must be resident of the same district, preferably at RSETI HQ.

Attender

• Age: 22–40 years
• Qualification: Matriculate (10th pass).
• Essential: Ability to read/write local language preferred.
• Residency: Must be resident of the same district, preferably at RSETI HQ.

Watchman-cum-Gardener

• Age: 22–40 years
• Qualification: 7th standard pass.
• Experience: Preferably in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.
