Selection Procedure

  • Shortlisting based on application and eligibility
  • Interview (only shortlisted candidates will be called)

03 Engineer – Civil Full-time Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Diploma requires additional exp.) 2 years (3 years for Diploma holders)
04 Engineer – Mining Full-time Degree in Mining, Opencast Mining, Earth Resources, Mine Planning etc. with 1st/2nd Class Manager’s Certificate (MMR 1961) 2 years in quarry/mine management (cement/coal/mining)
05 Engineer – Instrumentation Full-time Engg. Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation/Electrical/Control & Automation, etc. 2 years (3 years for Diploma holders)
06 Engineer – Electrical Full-time Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Power Engineering, etc. 2 years (3 years for Diploma holders)
07 Officer – Material Management Engineering Degree or MBA/PG Diploma in Materials/Supply Chain/Operations 2 years in material/supply/vendor/inventory/procurement roles

Medical Standards

Shortlisted candidates must submit a medical certificate signed by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of a Government Hospital, in the prescribed format. Medical fitness will be evaluated by the CCI Medical Officer.

Candidates found medically unfit will not be eligible for selection.

  • Engagement is purely on a fixed-term contract basis and not permanent.
  • The contract is initially for 1 year, extendable up to 4 years based on performance.
  • The contract may be terminated with one month’s notice or pay in lieu by either party.
