Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have a 3-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum required class is Pass Class.
• Candidate must be an Ex-serviceman from the Indian Air Force.
• Candidate must be in the rank of Junior Warrant Officer (JWO) or above.
• Candidate must have 15 years of post-qualification experience/service.
• Date of retirement from Indian Air Force should be on or before 01.04.2026.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will be inducted in the pay scale of Rs. 30,000 - 3% - Rs. 1,20,000. In addition to basic pay, candidates will receive Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, perquisites at the rate of 35% of annual basic pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, PRP and other benefits as per company rules.

Tenure

The total tenure of engagement will be for 15 years or up to the date of superannuation at 60 years of age, whichever is earlier. The engagement will be reviewed after every 5 years based on individual performance and project requirements.

Candidates qualifying in the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:7 as per vacancy in category.

• No Objection Certificate, if employed in Government / Quasi-Government / PSU
• Documentary proof of medical category, character and probable discharge date, if still serving
