Selection Process

Shortlisting based on eligibility and application details.
Interview and selection process will be provisional without document verification.

Probation Period

The selected candidates will undergo a probation period of 12 months (1 year) of active service from the date of joining.

Roles and Responsibilities

Chief Security Officer (TEG/S-VI)

Formulate and implement security policy for the Bank.
Coordinate with various law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
Ensure safety and security of Bank’s premises, assets, and personnel.
Supervise security staff and outsourced security services.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits regularly.
Handle crisis management and emergency response planning.

Company Secretary (SMG/S-IV or SMG/S-V)

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance on corporate governance and secretarial practices.
Organize Board and Committee meetings, prepare minutes and agendas.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain statutory records.
Assist in drafting resolutions and compliance reports.
Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance certificates.
