Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Preference for postgraduates in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Must be well conversant with the local language.
• Must possess computer knowledge.

Experience Required

• Ex-banker with minimum 5 years of experience in any Nationalized Bank/RRB/Pvt. Bank.
• OR 5 years of experience in banking, NBFCs, FIs, or related fields.
• OR Business Correspondent / BC-Coordinator with minimum 5 years of experience.
• OR Ex-RSETI Director/Faculty with minimum 5 years of experience.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 64 years (as on appointment date)
• Health: Subject to good health.
• Residence: Must be resident of respective state, preferably same district.

Selection Process

• Panel interview comprising Bank’s LDM, NABARD representative, RM/DRM (Scale III and above).
• Final selection based on Zonal Head approval of panel recommendations.

Remuneration and Allowances

• Consolidated pay: ₹25,000/month.
• Conveyance reimbursement: ₹5,000/month (subject to camps conducted).
• Halting Allowance: ₹300 (day) / ₹600 (night stay).
• Statutory deductions as per rules.

Terms of Appointment

• Contract period of 1 year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
• Termination possible by either side with one-month notice.
• Engagement purely temporary; no claim for permanent employment.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide financial literacy counselling at FLC.
2. Educate on savings, borrowing, and banking habits.
3. Not promote bank products or act as recovery/marketing agent.
4. Conduct rural camps and awareness programs.
5. Maintain records of attendees and services provided.
6. Spread awareness about Government schemes (PMJDY, PMJJBY, PMSBY, etc.).
7. Submit regular reports to RSETI Director/Lead District Manager.

Leave Policy

• Casual Leave: 1 day per completed month.
• Sick Leave: 15 days per year (full pay).
• Un-availed leave not carried forward to next year.
• Unauthorized absence beyond 15 days may lead to termination.
