Employment Type and Contract Period

The engagement is purely on a contractual basis. The initial contract period will be for one year and shall be subject to annual review and renewal based on satisfactory performance. The contract may be continued up to the age of 60 years or till the project period, whichever is earlier, subject to renewal from time to time.

Consolidated Monthly Salary ₹30,000 per month
Annual Increment ₹2,000 per year, subject to satisfactory performance, up to ₹40,000

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (Arts / Commerce / Science) or Post Graduate from a recognized university
  • Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications such as:
    • MSW
    • MA in Rural Development / Sociology / Psychology
    • B.Sc. (Veterinary / Horticulture / Agriculture / Agriculture Marketing)
    • BA with B.Ed.

Skills and Other Requirements

  • Flair for teaching
  • Sound computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in the local language
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is an added advantage
  • Typing skills in local language are essential
  • Previous experience as faculty is preferred
