Eligibility Criteria

For Retired Bank Employees:

  • Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) from any bank up to the rank of Chief Manager/equivalent may apply.
  • Retired clerks and equivalent staff of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
  • Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience is mandatory.
  • Maximum continuation age: 65 years.

For Young Candidates:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Preference given to candidates with M.Sc.(IT), BE(IT), MCA, or MBA qualifications.
  • Age: 21–45 years at the time of appointment.
  • Maximum continuation age: 65 years.
  • Must be a resident of the same or adjoining district where the vacancy is declared.
  • Should be proficient in the local language (reading and writing).
  • Must have accommodation near the nodal branch and within the same district.

Other Eligibility Conditions:

  • Due diligence including KYC and CIBIL score verification will be conducted at the time of appointment.
  • Applicants with adverse records or terminated/dismissed from previous service will not be considered.
  • Police verification will be mandatory before engagement.
