Eligibility Criteria

For Retired Bank Employees:

Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) from any bank up to the rank of Chief Manager/equivalent may apply.
Retired clerks and equivalent staff of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience is mandatory.
Maximum continuation age: 65 years.

For Young Candidates:

Minimum qualification: Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Preference given to candidates with M.Sc.(IT), BE(IT), MCA, or MBA qualifications.
Age: 21–45 years at the time of appointment.
Maximum continuation age: 65 years.
Must be a resident of the same or adjoining district where the vacancy is declared.
Should be proficient in the local language (reading and writing).
Must have accommodation near the nodal branch and within the same district.

Other Eligibility Conditions:

Due diligence including KYC and CIBIL score verification will be conducted at the time of appointment.
Applicants with adverse records or terminated/dismissed from previous service will not be considered.
Police verification will be mandatory before engagement.
