Compensation & Employment

  • Base Salary: Remuneration will be based on qualifications, experience, suitability, last drawn salary, and market benchmarks.
  • Employment Type: Contractual – Officer on Contractual Basis (OCB).
  • Initial Contract Period: 3 years, extendable up to 2 additional years based on performance.
  • Maximum Service Age: Up to 60 years (except Chief Defence Banking role).

Eligibility Criteria

  • All educational qualifications must be from universities/institutes recognized by the Government of India or AICTE.
  • Post-qualification experience of less than six months will not be considered.
  • Experience in clerical cadre is not considered for eligibility.
  • Candidates can apply for only one post.
  • A minimum CIBIL credit score of 680 or above is mandatory at the time of joining.
  • Candidates with adverse credit history or loan defaults will be ineligible.
  • Nationality: Must be Indian citizen, or subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or Tibetan refugee (before 1 January 1962), or Person of Indian Origin migrated from specified countries with Government of India eligibility certificate.

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 60 years (except Chief Defence Banking position).
  • Age relaxation as per Government of India rules.

Reservation Details

All ten posts are Unreserved (UR). There is no reservation for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, or PwD categories in this recruitment. However, candidates applying under reserved categories should submit relevant certificates if applicable.
