Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc. Graduate in Nursing from a recognized university with 3 years of experience, or PG.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in public health project or healthcare management from a recognized institution
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Data management and data analysis skills
• Report preparation skills
• Communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of local language
• Experience in working with head injury and pediatric patients

Selection Process

• Selection may be through Written Exam, Interview, or both.
• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of essential and desirable qualifications.
• The decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final.

Important Terms and Conditions

• The post is not permanent employment with AIIMS Rishikesh.
• The contract will be for one year and may be extended yearly up to four years or till project completion, whichever is earlier.
• Extension will depend on satisfactory work report and performance.
• The selected candidate must join within 5 days of declaration of results.
• Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered.
• No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
• Experience should be counted only after obtaining the minimum essential qualification.
• Qualification, experience, and other conditions may be relaxed or altered at the discretion of the Director AIIMS Rishikesh or Recruitment Committee.
• No allowance or facility other than the consolidated salary will be admissible.
• False or wrong information at any stage will lead to disqualification.
• If performance is unsatisfactory, the appointment may be terminated without prior notice or compensation.
• A one-month prior notice is required for leaving the job; otherwise, one month salary equivalent may have to be deposited for relieving certificate.
• Leave rules will be as per contractual employee rules of AIIMS Rishikesh.
• AIIMS Rishikesh reserves the right not to fill the post if no suitable candidate is found.
• Dress code is mandatory as per institutional policy.
