Applications are invited for recruitment of staff on a temporary basis in the Department of Plastic Surgery, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) for a period of one year, which may be extended as per departmental requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in direct patient care, including basic wound care under supervision.
Perform clerical and documentation work related to the Ayushman Bharat Scheme beneficiaries.
Record and register patient biometrics from admission to discharge, including data entry under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission.
Manage medicine and surgical item requests for Ayushman Bharat patients, including inventory maintenance.
Ensure timely return of unused medical items to the store.
Assist in account-related work linked to Ayushman Bharat patient care.
Support in dressing and nursing duties for Ayushman Bharat patients.
Assist in day-to-day operational tasks within the department.

Eligibility Criteria

High School qualification from a recognized board.
Diploma in Wound Care & Dressing from a recognized university.
Age between 18 to 25 years (should not have completed 25 years as of 1 December 2025).

Type of Employment: Temporary (for one year, extendable as per requirement)

Base Salary: As per university rules
