घटना जयराम आश्रम मोड की है जहां ऋषिकेश की ओर से आ रही सेन्ट्रो मिंग सवार युवकों ने पहले तो हूटर बजाते हुए रान्ग साइड ड्राइविंग की और फिर कागजात व वाहन में हूटर लगाने की अनुमति दिखाने को कहने पर ट्रैफिक पुलिस से ही उलझ पड़े। मामले की जानकारी होते ही एसएचओ सिटी कोतवाली राकेंद्र कठैत ने सम्बन्धित को मुकदमा लिखने का आदेश देते हुए चौकी इंचार्ज रोडिबेलवाल अँशुल अग्रवाल को फोर्स के साथ आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी हेतु घटनास्थल पर रवाना किया गया।

The incident is of Jairam Ashram Mode, where the youths of Sentro Ming coming from Rishikesh first started driving on the wrong side while playing the hooter and then got entangled with the traffic police on being asked to show the papers and permission to install the hooter in the vehicle. As soon as the matter came to light, SHO City Kotwali Rakendra Kathait ordered the concerned to write a case, and outpost in-charge Rodibelwal Anshul Agarwal was dispatched along with the force to the spot for the arrest of the accused.
