2021 batch IAS officer Dhiman Chakma, posted in Dharmagarh, Odisha, has been arrested by the Vigilance team on charges of demanding a ₹10 lakh bribe. Around ₹47 lakh in cash was also recovered from his residence. The video of the raid is going viral on social media.
