उत्तराखंड में जल्द ही अपनी कृषि और गैर कृषि भूमि पर पेड़ों को काटने का अधिकार मिल सकता है। जिसके बाद 15 प्रतिबंधित प्रजातियों को छोड़कर लोग अपनी जमीन पर पेड़ काट सकते हैं। इसके लिए वन विभाग से अनुमति नहीं लेनी होगी। प्रदेश में अपनी भूमि से पेड़ बिना अनुमति के काटने को लेकर वन मुख्यालय ने प्रस्ताव भेजा था। जिसे न्याय विभाग से मंजूरी मिल गई है। विधायी मंजूरी मिलने के बाद जल्द ही इस संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिए जाएंगे।

अपनी जमीन पर पेड़ काटने का जल्द मिलेगा अधिकार

Uttarakhand may soon get the right to cut trees on its agricultural and non-agricultural land. After which people can cut trees on their land except for 15 banned species. For this, permission will not be required from the Forest Department. The forest headquarters had sent a proposal regarding cutting trees from its land in the state without permission which has got approval from the Justice Department. Orders in this regard will be issued soon after getting legislative approval.
