Worker injured after being hit by press machine

A worker working in Nil Metal Company located at Sidcul Pantnagar in Rudrapur got hit by the machine. After which he was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment. There is anger among other workers after the incident. Other employees present in the company have stopped work. Along with this, there has been a demand to give appropriate compensation to the injured and make him permanent. At present talks are going on between the company management and the union.
