नैनीताल में एक महिला घास काटकर घर को लौट रही थी। इसी दौरान उसका पैर फिसला और वो खाई में गिर गई। जिस से उसकी मौत हो गई। खाई में गिरने के कारण महिला गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गई। घटना की जानकारी मिलने पर परिजन और विधायक राम सिंह कैड़ा वहां पहुंचे। जिसके बाद उसे खाई से निकाल कर अस्पताल ले जाया गया। जहां डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया।
