Weather shift in Uttarakhand, rain and snowfall alert issued

According to reports, due to a western disturbance, Uttarakhand may see a change in weather from Jan 31, and a yellow alert has been issued till Feb 2. It has been said that the hill districts may receive light to moderate rainfall along with snowfall in higher altitude areas, while dense fog may persist in Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar.
