Weather fury in Himachal, heavy damage, relief operations underway

Heavy rainfall, cloudbursts, and landslides in Himachal Pradesh have led to the death of at least 78 people, while Mandi, Kangra, Kullu, and Shimla remain the worst-affected districts. Additionally, 243 roads are blocked, 241 power transformers are down, and 278 water supply schemes are still disrupted.
