Wave of devotion at Char Dham, over 51 lakh pilgrims visited this year

With the closing of the gates of Shri Badrinath Dham, all four shrines of the Char Dham have now shut for the winter season. This year, the Char Dham Yatra set a new record, with over 51 lakh devotees visiting, 4,35,901 more than last year. According to the data, Kedarnath recorded the highest footfall with 17,68,795 pilgrims.
