हरिद्वार की हरकी पौड़ी पर श्रद्धालुओं को गंगा में पानी की कमी और गंदगी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। सिंचाई विभाग ने दशहरा से छोटी दिवाली तक ऊपरी गंगा नहर को सफाई और मरम्मत के लिए बंद किया है और साथ ही अधिकारियों का कहना है कि पूजा-अर्चना के लिए पानी की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
