मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी डॉ0 बी.वी.आर.सी पुरुषोत्तम के निर्देशों के क्रम में निर्वाचन कार्यालय में तैनात वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा राजधानी देहरादून में कम मतदान प्रतिशत वाले बूथों पर मतदाता शपथ आयोजित कर जनजागरुकता कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया गया। इसी क्रम में अपर मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी डॉ0 विजय कुमार जोगदंडे ने डीएवी कॉलेज, देहरादून में जाकर मतदाता शपथ एवं जन जागरूकता कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया।

As per the instructions of Chief Electoral Officer Dr. B.V.R.C. Purushottam, senior officers posted in the election office took part in the public awareness program by organizing voter oath at booths with low voting percentage in the capital Dehradun. In this sequence, Additional Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Vijay Kumar Jogdande went to DAV College, Dehradun and participated in the voter oath and public awareness program.
