Vote counting in Uttarakhand on July 31, tight security arrangements in place

The counting of votes for the three-tier panchayat elections in Uttarakhand will begin on July 31 at 8 AM, with the counting of 197 polling booths in Haldwani to be conducted in eight phases across 28 tables. Meanwhile, tight security arrangements have been put in place, and the counting process will be carried out in two shifts.
