खबर के अनुसार, उत्तराखण्ड के बागेश्वर जिले के भैरूचौबट्टा क्षेत्र की 16 सूत्री मांगों को लेकर जिला पंचायत सदस्य हेमलता के नेतृत्व में ग्रामीणों ने जिला मुख्यालय में प्रदर्शन किया। बताया गया कि उन्होंने 10 गांवों में विकास कार्य शुरू करने की मांग उठाई और कहा गया है कि सुविधाएं नहीं होने के कारण पलायन बढ़ रहा है।
