लोहाघाट के चामी-काकड़ी मोटर मार्ग की बदहाली को लेकर ग्रामीणों ने उग्र आंदोलन की चेतावनी दी है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि सड़क शहीद श्याम सिंह बिष्ट के नाम पर बनाई गई थी। सड़क बने 15 साल हो चुके हैं, लेकिन अभी तक डामरीकरण नहीं हुआ है।

The villagers have warned of a violent agitation regarding the plight of the Chami-Kakri motor road of Lohaghat. Villagers say that the road was built in the name of Shaheed Shyam Singh Bisht. It's been 15 years since the road was built, but the alphabetization hasn't happened yet.
